Become a Massage Therapist in Montreal — Earn Up to $300 a Day

Massotherapy Jolie is growing — and we are looking for talented massage therapists to join our team in Montreal. If you love giving great massages, want a flexible schedule and want to earn well, read on.

Why work with Massotherapy Jolie

  • Earn up to $300 per day. Our top therapists regularly hit $250–$300 a day on busy shifts. Pay is generous and tips are yours to keep.
  • Flexible schedule. Choose the days and hours that fit your life. Work part-time around studies or family, or take on full days when you want to maximize income.
  • Two convenient locations. Pick the clinic that works best for you — our downtown Saint-Denis location (Quartier Latin / Plateau) or our Décarie location (NDG / Côte-des-Neiges).
  • Steady, friendly clientele. We invest in marketing, SEO and online booking so your table stays full. You focus on doing what you love.
  • Supportive team. Our therapists support each other, share techniques and create a calm, professional atmosphere.
  • Beautiful, quiet treatment rooms. Heated tables, fresh linens, soft lighting — everything ready when you walk in.

Who we are looking for

We welcome applications from massage therapists of all backgrounds and experience levels. The most important things are:

  • A genuine passion for massage and helping people feel better
  • Reliability and a professional attitude
  • Good communication with clients
  • Comfortable with a variety of techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, California, foot massage are most requested)

Formal certification is a plus but not required — what matters most is skill on the table and care for the client.

Languages

Our clients are diverse — French, English, Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese, Arabic and more. Speaking any of these is an asset but not a requirement. Many of our therapists work successfully with just one or two languages.

How much can you really earn?

This depends on how many days a week you work and the services you offer. As a guide:

  • Part-time (2–3 days/week): $400–$900 per week
  • Full-time (5–6 days/week): $1,200–$1,800 per week, with strong tips
  • Top performers: Some of our therapists clear $300+ per day consistently

Pay is per session plus tips. We pay weekly. No nickel-and-diming, no hidden fees.

What we provide

  • Marketing and online booking that fills your schedule
  • Your own private treatment room
  • All linens, oils, equipment and laundry
  • A professional photo for your therapist profile (optional)
  • Translation help during onboarding if needed
  • A welcoming, women-led team

How to apply

The fastest way is to fill out our online application — it takes about five minutes. Upload a few clear photos, tell us a bit about your experience and your preferred languages, and we will reach out within a few days.

If you prefer to chat first, you can contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp at (438) 927-6377.

We are always happy to meet new therapists, even if you are not 100% sure yet. Come say hi.
