Massotherapy Jolie respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you book or contact us, why we collect it, and how you can have it removed.
What we collect
When you book an appointment we collect your name, phone number and email address, along with the service, therapist and time you selected. If you contact us through the site or WhatsApp we keep that message so we can reply.
We do not collect health records, and we never ask for payment card numbers through this website.
Why we collect it
Only to run the appointment: to confirm your booking, remind you before it, and reach you if something changes. We also keep a basic history so a returning client does not have to repeat themselves.
Who else sees it
Your booking details are shared with the therapist who will see you, and with the services that deliver our confirmations — an email provider and an SMS provider. They process the message on our behalf and nothing more.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Our Facebook Page
We publish posts to our Facebook Page. Those posts contain no client information of any kind. If you message or comment on the Page, Facebook handles that data under its own policy.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept while you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own accounting. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Ask and we will do it — there is no form to fill in.
