Deep Tissue Massage
Our deep tissue massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to address chronic pain and restore mobility.
- Releases chronic tension
- Improves posture
- Restores mobility
What to expect
Your deep tissue massage starts with a quick chat about what you need that day: pressure, areas to focus on, anything to avoid. Then it is your time. Sessions run from 30 to 90 minutes, and you can add a note for your therapist when you book.
Insurance receipts provided
We issue receipts for massage therapy that you can submit to your group or private insurance plan. Ask for your receipt at the end of your session, and check with your insurer which treatments and practitioners your plan covers.
